In the years since he was first ejaculated into the world, Jack Lope has grown beyond his cowboying origins. While he still exists as a real human man through which to examine the contemporary American West, he is more active as a drag king than a performance art character. Jack Lope got his start in Austin, TX with the Boyz of Austin, moved to St. Louis, MO, and now resides in Albuquerque, NM. He runs the Instagram meme account @whynokings, and recently released video essay about the exclusion of kings from the wider drag community. Jack is available for booking and happy to travel!
